• The stepped design saves water and keeps the cloth trough full, avoiding laser marks, chicken claw marks, thin cloth pressing and cylinder blocking caused by cloth-water separation in tail-lifting models.
•  The specially designed nozzles and impact plates, combined with anti-twisting devices, achieve double anti-twisting protection.
• The cloth lifting wheel has multiple uses: it can rotate with the nozzle without power, be equipped with an energy-saving frequency conversion motor, or an optional torque control body to avoid fabric scuffing.

Product Production Characteristics:

• The machine is produced in unit parts (cylinder, cloth trough, cloth outlet, nozzle, pipeline, heat exchanger, etc.). Special automatic equipment ensures product consistency and stable quality.
